Important: Ensure you get all of my emails

I recently discovered there has been an email monster intercepting some of up messages I’ve been sending out.
 
I don’t want you to miss a thing so…

1. Add my email address ([email protected]) to your address book in your email program. 
2. Do this easy thing called “whitelisting” by telling your email provider I’m cool and not spam: http://www.whatcounts.com/how-to-whitelist-emails/.
3. Look in your “junk” or “spam” folder and move my email to your inbox or mark as “not spam.”
