Root chakra energy is tied into early childhood and how we develop as people.
Root chakra energy is something everyone can benefit from unblocking—for any chronic illness, and especially for anxiety, adrenals fatigue, pain, depression, or symptoms in lower body.
But I'm here with my signature energy therapy techniques to help you move through this!

This 90-minute session, we'll use Tapping, The Sweep, and my other signature techniques to clear beliefs, stuck emotions, and more.
- Use Thymus Test & Tap to release emotions stuck in root chakra like fear, anger, guilt, and more.
- Use EFT tapping to clear energy around feeling unsafe (with family, security, finances)
- Be guided through The Sweep to let go of root chakra beliefs that affect our energy about money and security

Along with Q&A, Amy will do a group energy reading session to identify even more blocks and give the entire group specific homework so they can continue with their progress after class!
