Here's what will change the way you heal.

This will change the way you heal.

After over a decade of healing work, I'm absolutely certain of a few things.

The first is that while healing may take time, what's even more important is consistency. This doesn't mean long hours of healing work once a month or even once a week. It means showing up in small spurts of time, daily. More hours dedicated doesn't equal more healing. What your body needs is for you to show up with more consistency. That means more often.

The second, is that having support and guidance matters. It sucks to do things all by yourself. It feels scary to be stuck trying to figure things out. Self-healing means that the healing comes from within; but it doesn't mean doing it alone. We need guidance in terms of what to actually do and we need community to back us up when the doing feels difficult.

And finally, even those of us who are super responsible still need accountability. Otherwise, it's too easy to become the last priority on our own lists ... again. We need someone or something to show up to or for when the day gets away from us and so does our self-healing work.

But OMG that can be so hard to accomplish on your own.

Introducing my new program: The Co-healing space.

I created this program so that lack of guidance, community, and support won't stand in your way anymore.

Together, we can make healing a team sport (as it should be).

With weekly videos, short and powerful daily healing assignments, and monthly group coaching, it will be easier than ever to heal and feel better, faster.

Every single day. For 3 months. With a tribe.

Daily vibes matter.

Even though I have a home office I love, I still went to a co-working space before the pandemic a few times a week.

Why?

I love the energy of everyone doing the same thing, together. It's powerful. Motivating. And fun.

That's some of the vibe I've been bringing to my online classes for years.

In fact, my latest classes have been weekly instead of just monthly for this very reason.

Now, I'm going further because I want you to feel this support and energy daily.

Like every single day.

How The Co-Healing space works.

Log-in, join your new team, do your assignments ... and heal.

Each day, you'll have a space to go to where Amy and others on the healing path will be waiting.

  • Watch your weekly videos to keep you inspired and on track

  • Get a daily assignment from Amy so you know exactly what to work on and what technique to use

  • Chat with your co-healing tribe anytime you want via a special messaging program just for this group

  • Attend group monthly coaching calls with Amy where she'll guide you through healing, live (replays included)

Note: Hooray! This group program requires no social media engagement. It's set up on an entirely different system.
