Much of my healing work is based on calming the body’s overprotective fight, flight, or freeze response. The fight, flight, or freeze response is what I refer to as the body's freakout mode.

When you are in freakout mode, you can’t heal. Period.

“But, how do I get myself out?” This is one of the most common questions I get.

That’s exactly why I created this program.

What's the Fight, Flight, or Freeze response?

When any part of you perceives you are in danger--either physically--or emotionally--your body reacts by temporarily going into defensive mode in order to protect you.

This is what we often feel as stress.

When we don't discharge this stress--unresolved experiences, traumas, and beliefs from the past--the body can actually get stuck in fight, flight, or freeze, causing physical and emotional symptoms.

Calming the body works like magic ...

It is when we finally calm the body’s fight, flight, or freeze response once and for all, that we truly enter our optimal healing state and move out of illness, anxiety, and depression; and into full emotional and physical wellbeing.

 

 

 

 

 

About this Program

Only 10 Minutes a Day

To truly calm fight, flight, or freeze and instigate your body’s own self-healing mechanism, there are two important pieces:

  • Retraining: The fight, flight, or freeze response is essentially a bad habit of the body. To address this, we’ll work with the body’s energy system and retrain your body’s response to stress and overwhelm through easy and quick daily exercises.
  • Addressing the root: In order to truly heal the fight, flight, or freeze response, we have to work on clearing the root of it in the body. We’ll do this through releasing old beliefs, emotions, and patterns that are keeping you stuck.
This program is going to take you through 30 days of energy therapy techniques to help you move from freakout to chill-out ... in only 10 minutes per day.

The 30 Day Formula

It takes 30 days of consistency to begin to shift out of the fight, flight, or freeze pattern and into healing mode.

Part of the challenge of sticking with anything for a month is figuring out what to do and how to do it.

But in this program, I’m doing all of that for you. Your only job is to follow along with me.

Through this new program, we will be doing all of it together – day by day.
