More About Me

With a background in healthcare, I've spent my career providing people with an inclusive, safe space for healing and growing. While I've enjoyed my work, I've always felt that—for some—healing happens beyond what traditional talk therapy can offer.

After exploring various mind-body healing techniques (thanks to a not-so-gentle nudge from the Universe), I found the perfect bridge in Amy’s work. After studying the How To Heal books and experiencing success using Amy’s healing techniques myself, I knew I'd discovered what I was looking for—and wanted to help others with it, too.

After intensive 1:1 training with Amy, I joyfully joined Amy’s business in 2024 and have been seeing clients with amazing results. 

I graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Psychology in 2011 and obtained a Psy.D. in School Psychology from Rutgers University- The Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology in 2015.

I'm proud to be featured in Oprah Daily, published in scientific journals, named Educator of the Year for my work in schools, and was honored with the Jamila Irons Johnson Award at Rutgers recognizing my work related to minority populations. 

I live in New Jersey with my loving husband, three awesome kids, two dogs, and a cat. I enjoy traveling, good food, and bingeing the latest Netflix series.

Amy and I met through Amy's cousin Pam, a bright light in the world, who died in 2011. And—undoubtedly with Pam's encouragement from the other side—we grew closer over the years. 

Through texts, calls, and many life milestones, we've now made so many of our own memories! 

Each of us have always worked professionally to help others. But now, we are officially celebrating our joy and love for the work by ... doing it together!

The foundation of Amy's How To Heal Yourself approach addresses releasing emotional baggage as a way to rebalance the body's energy system. This process helps to interrupt the stress response in the body, ignite the immune system, and support the nervous system—the foundation of healing.

We know the mind and body are intricately connected. From chronic illness to depression, anxiety, and more, engaging the the mind-body-spirit in the healing process is essential for the greatest success.

In fact, this approach was created by Amy during her own journey with chronic Lyme disease and other conditions. It helped her heal permanently and completely when nothing else did.

And Amy's approach is so effective that it's endorsed by prominent physicians and used in medical organizations nationwide.

Not at all! That's what I'm here for. I have the experience and intuition to not only identify blocks ... but also help you address them using Amy's signature energy therapy techniques.

This is a question that's SO hard to answer! But I'll try anyway :) 

You are welcome to do just one session to see how you resonate, but most clients start to turn a corner right around the fourth session mark. So if possible, I recommend you try to do a few sessions in a row (a week apart). After that, you can space your sessions out in any way that works for you.

While physical shifts typically take time, clients often report feeling lighter, more hopeful, and calmer after just the initial session.

And of course, you can also use Amy's healing books to continue the work on your own.
